Create or assign barcode for each product. TH Group provides PDF barcode if needed.

Inbound Request (IR)

Create an IR on OMS: select SKU and quantity. OMS confirms and returns the IR code to print and attach to the shipment.

Receiving, Inspection & Storage

Each shipment is thoroughly inspected before storage. Inventory is automatically updated in real-time on the OMS system.

Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders processed and packed with transparent video recording, shipped quickly via USPS/FedEx/UPS.

Returns Processing

Yes. TH Group offers free storage for the first 90 days. From day 91 onwards, storage fees will apply as notified by the TH Group team.

Yes. TH Group records video of the entire packing process (100% of orders). Additionally, TH Group can support product photography on request. Please contact the team for details.

Yes. TH Group receives and processes returns for free for all TH Group-fulfilled orders. TH Group also supports receiving goods transferred from Amazon FBA to TH Group Warehouse.

TH Group offers various packaging: poly bags, carton boxes in various sizes, bubble wrap and international-standard shock-resistant materials. Sellers can request custom branded packaging.

Typically orders are processed and picked & packed within 24-48 business hours. Goods are dropped off at USPS/FedEx/UPS the same day or next day depending on order volume.

USPS Shipping Zone is calculated based on the distance from TH Group warehouse (PA & NC) to the recipient's address. Lower zone = cheaper shipping and faster delivery. TH Group team will advise on the appropriate zone when you start using the service.
