Barcode Processing

Create or assign barcode for each product. THG provides PDF barcode if needed.

Step 02

Inbound Request (IR)

Create an IR on OMS: select SKU and quantity. OMS confirms and returns the IR code to print and attach to the shipment.

Step 03

Receiving, Inspection & Storage

Each shipment is thoroughly inspected before storage. Inventory is automatically updated in real-time on the OMS system.

Step 04

Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders processed and packed with transparent video recording, shipped quickly via USPS/FedEx/UPS.

Step 05

Returns Processing

Returns handled at no cost – THG manages the full receipt & processing of returned goods. 100% free for all THG-fulfilled orders.

THG currently has 2 warehouses in the US: Pennsylvania (PA) and Winston-Salem, North Carolina (NC). The dual warehouse system covers the entire US, optimizing delivery time to 2-5 days.

Items need clear barcodes on each product. Before shipping, you need to create an Inbound Request (IR) on the OMS system. THG provides barcode PDF files if the product doesn't have one.

Yes. THG offers free storage for the first 90 days. From day 91 onwards, storage fees will apply as notified by the THG team.

Yes. THG records video of the entire packing process (100% of orders). Additionally, THG can support product photography on request. Please contact the team for details.

Yes. THG receives and processes returns for free for all THG-fulfilled orders. THG also supports receiving goods transferred from Amazon FBA to THG Warehouse.

THG offers various packaging: poly bags, carton boxes in various sizes, bubble wrap and international-standard shock-resistant materials. Sellers can request custom branded packaging.

Typically orders are processed and picked & packed within 24-48 business hours. Goods are dropped off at USPS/FedEx/UPS the same day or next day depending on order volume.

USPS Shipping Zone is calculated based on the distance from THG warehouse (PA & NC) to the recipient's address. Lower zone = cheaper shipping and faster delivery. THG team will advise on the appropriate zone when you start using the service.

Orders can be auto-synced from Shopify/Etsy/Amazon via OMS, or placed manually on the OMS system. THG processes orders, picks & packs, records packaging video and delivers to carrier.

1. THG receives and inspects returned items. 2. Updates status on OMS. 3. Seller decides to re-export or dispose. Free 100% for all THG-fulfilled orders.

THG notifies balances periodically via OMS and email. Sellers pay by bank transfer or agreed methods. Please contact customer support for details on payment policies.
