Sound familiar?
The struggles of buying from China while living in the USA
Products are 2–5× cheaper than Amazon – but getting them is a nightmare. We understand every pain point.
Can't find a trustworthy agent
Hundreds of services with no way to verify. One wrong choice and your money is gone.
Language barrier with Chinese suppliers
Can't negotiate price, request quality specs, or handle complaints in Mandarin.
Fear of scams & fake goods
Photos show one thing, reality another. Hundreds of dollars lost with no recourse.
Wrong item, no return possible
Wrong or defective goods arrive and returning is impossible due to distance and language barriers.
Must route through Vietnam first
Inspecting in Vietnam before shipping to USA wastes 3–4 extra weeks and $150–300 in unnecessary shipping fees.
Zero updates, weeks of silence
Order placed, then nothing. No tracking, no communication – weeks of anxious waiting.

Vietnamese Americans trust TH Group

I tried many Taobao agents before and always had problems – wrong color, wrong size, no accountability. With TH Group I get a video of my goods before they ship. Such peace of mind!
Amazing! I ordered electronics from 1688 to Texas. TH Group kept me updated throughout, sent an unboxing video from the warehouse, and the goods arrived perfectly. 3× cheaper than Amazon!
I was skeptical at first, but TH Group's professionalism won me over – regular updates, thorough inspection. I've already referred the whole Vietnamese community here!
I used to ask relatives in Vietnam to buy and re-ship – it took a whole month. Now TH Group ships directly from China to my New York address in 2–3 weeks. Totally trustworthy!
I import goods in bulk for my small online store. TH Group found me reliable suppliers, negotiated MOQ, and delivered on schedule. Will definitely continue long-term!
