Shipping Policy

Starting from 09:00 on June 26, 2021, no VAT will be charged by THG if the customer provides a valid IOSS number. Customers shall ensure the declared IOSS number is compliant and valid. Any customs clearance issues (including but not limited to bulk return of parcels to China, customs detention, fines, etc.) caused by abnormal declared IOSS numbers shall be borne by the customer alone. If the customer fails to provide an IOSS number and needs to use THG's VAT advance payment service, the fee will be calculated as the VAT rate of the destination country corresponding to the declared value plus 2% (THG service fee).

Parcels with a value of 150 EUR or above, or 155 USD or above are not accepted.
