In addition to base salary and standard commissions, THG applies a multi-tiered bonus system to recognize effort:

✓Commission based on individual revenue table
✓Large order closing bonuses (Express / Dropship / POD / Warehouse)
✓Bonuses for acquiring new customers on their first transaction
✓Bonuses for high request closing rates (≥ 80%)
✓Bonuses for upgrading customers to VIP status within the month
✓Monthly KPI bonuses based on Grade B / A / A+ ranking
✓Outstanding employee bonus of the month selected by the CEO

📋 Job Description

Develop customer base

Search for online sellers from VN / CN to the USA, Europe in the POD, Dropship sector
Advise and take care of customers regarding sourcing, printing, and shipping services
Build good relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new customers

Consultation & support

Introduce THG's available products/services (over 1000 samples in the US warehouse)
Assist customers in resolving issues in the operational process
Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the best customer experience

✅ Requirements

Experience in POD or Dropship is an advantage (not mandatory)
Good communication and persuasion skills
Ability to solve problems and handle situations quickly
Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible at work
Basic English skills to work with international clients is an advantage
