TH Group is expanding its Sales POD/Dropship team to accompany thousands of Vietnamese and Chinese sellers in bringing products to consumers in the USA, EU, and globally.

📋 Job Description
- Search for online sellers from VN / CN to the USA, Europe in the POD, Dropship sector
- Advise and take care of customers regarding sourcing, printing, and shipping services
- Build good relationships with existing customers and proactively seek new customers
- Introduce TH Group's available products/services (over 1000 samples in the US warehouse)
- Assist customers in resolving issues in the operational process
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the best customer experience
✅ Requirements
- Experience in POD or Dropship is an advantage (not mandatory)
- Good communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to solve problems and handle situations quickly
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible at work
- Basic English skills to work with international clients is an advantage
