📋 Job Description

System Monitoring & Operation

Monitor and update issues on the company's internal hub according to shifts or assigned schedules
Coordinate with teams (Ops, CS, Tech) to escalate and resolve issues according to procedures
Document, categorize, and report system errors according to internal standards

AI Implementation

Research and propose AI applications suitable for THG's logistics operations processes
Participate in implementing small AI projects: automation, classification, summarization, internal chatbot...
Test, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of AI tools currently in operation

Automation & Tools

Build automated workflows for repetitive tasks using AI or no-code/low-code tools
Integrate APIs, webhooks, or AI services into internal systems as assigned

✅ Requirements

Basic programming background: Python, JavaScript, or equivalent
Experience using or integrating AI tools: ChatGPT API, Claude API, LangChain, n8n, or similar
Good system thinking — able to ask the right questions before coding
Proactive, quick self-learner, no reminders needed to work
Able to read and understand technical documentation in English (fluent communication not required)
Commitment of at least 3 months — hybrid in HCM, part-time or full-time is acceptable
